We are guided by our values
Be frugal
Be responsible
Be curious
Be resilient
Be helpful

Treat company resources as if they were your own and get the most out of them. Accomplish more with less.

Taking responsibility for your work will demonstrate excellence and leadership. Own it. Use all your resources to get it done. Go the extra mile; pick up the phone; ask for help.

Thinking outside the box, being ambitious and taking wise risks are key ingredients for growth.

Being enterprising also means failing sometimes. Stuff happens. Optimize for the long term, be achievement-oriented, be ambitious and keep going.

Help your teammates grow and always promote a healthy, respectful and safe work environment. Let us have fun together and enjoy the journey.
